In order to book an appointment online, you will need to add a credit card to your file. Please keep in mind that your card will not be charged at this time. You will be able to choose a final payment method after you attend your appointment.
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full service amount to the credit card on file.
Important Note for Monday Appointments: Our reception desk is closed on Sundays. Any cancellation requests must be made on Saturday during our clinic’s operating hours: 9:00am-5:00pm. You can cancel or reschedule via phone call, voicemail, email, or through your Jane account.
